EquineNFT is a racehorse management NFT-based game—where users can race, breed and trade their horses. 

To mark their involvement in cNFTcon in Las Vegas, EquineNFT wanted to launch a virtual photo booth—which allowed participants to dress up as their favourite jockey characters. They wanted to create a unique experience to engage participants at their in-person booth, and to generate social media conversations around their NFT collection. 

Participants could scan a QR code at the booth, to experience the virtual photo booth on their own mobile devices. Since it worked in any browser, no app installation was required—leading to a seamless experience.

Together with EquineNFT, we created custom AR filters based on the character designs, allowing participants to try on different helmets and goggles. We also created several stickers based on the uniforms of the characters, as well as frames with the brand logo.

The virtual photo booth helped to create excitement at the booth and generate social conversations on Twitter. Participants were encouraged to share their photos with the #jockeyarcontest hashtag, to get the opportunity to win prizes. The sharing of highly organic user-generated content was a powerful form of word-of-mouth marketing, increasing brand exposure for the NFT collection.
